These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Tidy Company website and services. By requesting a quote or booking a clean, you agree to these Terms.

Tidy Company provides residential and commercial cleaning services directly in select areas and through vetted partner teams in other markets. Service scope, pricing, and scheduling are confirmed before each job.

You agree to provide accurate information about your property and access requirements. You are responsible for securing valuables and informing us of any hazards, pets, or special instructions before service.

Cancellations and rescheduling policies will be communicated at the time of booking. Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing for commercial accounts.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tidy Company's liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
